1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp dry coconut – grated (giri),
1/2 tsp saunf,
pinch of salt
– Mix the flour and sugar. Add water slowly to make a dosa like batter. Make sure to avoid knots.
– Add illaichi, coconut giri, saunf & salt. Mix. Leave for 5 minutes
– Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.
– Keep medium flame through out.
– Spread a bit of oil on pan.
– Make like normal dosa.
(if the pan is too hot or too cold, the batter may contract. So keep the pan on medium flame always).
