Reclaiming MY life. @ IIMB
============
April 2009
The cast for this blog includes:
The baby : Aarav, also called the Goosh, Juno, the Brat, the Little One and any other cute sounding name.
HD: Hubby Dear
Me, the Proud Mommy. Crazed, sleep deprived, running on auto pilot. One of these days I’m going to give the Goosh my cuppa tea and try gulping from his bottle. In another life, I’m a techie. Yes. I write software for embedded systems. And I’ve got a BTech and MTech from IIT Bombay. That seems so far far away…. About me in my other life.
My little bundle of joy is now turning into a naughty brat. Through all the ups and downs and seemingly impossible days, I adooooore him.
I’ve forgotten what life was like before him. I cant image life without him. The little brat has taken over my life completely.
Each moment with him is so special. I want to savour it all, capture it all. So that years later, when he’s a rebellious teen, he can look back and see how much Mommy loves him

Sept 08
I’m a 30 yr old expectant Mom.
Prior to that, I used to be an adventurous, spunky career woman. The typical achiever. Extremely independent. Now my life revolves around the little bundle of joy within me.
Everything else has taken a back seat.
Over the last few months, I’ve seen myself change so much. Mellow down and yet become stronger. It’s been a whole set of new experiences and feelings.
I want to capture all these changes. The emotions, the feelings, the experiences. And share them - with my husband and the baby we’re waiting for. With friends, family, strangers.
I want to capture the conflict as the ‘mom’ overtakes the ‘career woman’. I want to share the experience and notes with other women who’re going through the same juggling-act.
I want to capture all the ‘words of wisdom’ and tips everyone loves to give an expectant mom. All the ups and downs and dos and donts of pregnancy.
“Hello World \n”;
Here I come……..

Hi
Just one quick hug to say when i saw ur post on Parentree i was thinking the same things. My son woke up today morn, just after his second birthday party with a runny nose and was trying to enjoy his gifts…happy-sad sight that makes you wanna cry.
Take care and tide over the illness. They just seem to fall sick ALL the time. Irrespective of new maid/atmosphere/school/weather.
